1. If I sign up for a seminar, is there an additional charge for the trade show?
No, the cost of the seminar includes the entrance fee to the tradeshow.
2. Where is the Show located?
Washington State Convention & Trade Center (www.wsctc.com)
3. If I go to the DesignTrends tradeshow, can I see the Construct Seattle or Buildex show?
Yes, your tradeshow pass allows you to see exhibits from all shows.
4. Do the seminar prices include tax?
Yes, all taxes are incorporated into the price. Our Federal Tax ID number is 91-2073765.
5. Why are there two different prices for all the seminars?
This is to encourage delegates to register early and save money.
6. Is there a student rate?
No. If students register before the Early Bird Registration Deadline, they will receive FREE entry into the trade show AND discounted rates for the seminars.
7. Can I register by phone?
No. You must register by fax, mail or via the website.
8. Can I attend more than 1 seminar?
Yes. We have set the program up so that you may take as many sessions as you like.
9. What are the hours of operation?
Wednesday, October 1 - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday, October 2 - 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
10. Will there be food service at the show?
There will be food and beverage service available at several areas on the trade show floor.
11. How do I pay by check ?
Simply mail your payment along with a copy of your registration form to the address on the registration form.
12. How do I get to the show?
There is a map available on the Washington State Convention & Trade Center website. Go to www.wsctc.com and click on General Info > Directions.
13. When can I expect my delegate badge?
Regardless of when you registered, you will receive your badge in the mail approximately one week before the show. All badges are mailed at the same time.
14. What if I don’t receive my badge?
Don't worry -- if you have PRE registered, simply check in at the registration desk and we would be happy to print out a badge for you.
15. If I don’t pre-register, will there be a charge to attend?
Yes. The on-site charge will be $20 to enter the tradeshow floor.
16. Can I register for seminars at the door / on-site?
Yes. However, you will have to pay the $20 on-site registration fee. Seats for seminars CANNOT be guaranteed if you have not pre-registered.
17. Can I bring my child?
No. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted on the tradeshow floor for insurance purposes.
