Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy

For attendee refunds or downgrades, send written notice to MMPI Inc. via fax 1-877-906-2124 no later than September 12, 2008. For requests received by September 12, 2008, your registration fee (or the difference in fees) will be refunded, less a 20% handling charge; No credits are given for late notices or no shows. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received by September 21, 2008. MMPI Inc. reserves the right to rescind any registration, and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee.
