Amanda Sturgeon AIA is an architect and Senior Associate with Perkins + Will, Seattle where she leads the sustainable design initiative. Amanda worked on one of the first LEED v.1.0 pilot projects in 1998 and has worked on 11 LEED projects since including the first LEED Platinum project in Washington State. Amanda was a Board member of the Cascadia Region Green Building Council from 2000-2002 and was recently elected to the AIA Seattle board. She taught a graduate architecture studio on sustainable design this Spring at the University of Washington.
