Mike Stanton is a Chief Building Engineer working for Bentall Capital (US) Inc, a Canadian based property Management and development Company with operations in the US comprising 4 million square feet of class A high-rise office buildings. He currently manages The Summit office building complex in Bellevue Washington. The Summit consists of 3 separate high-rise buildings totaling 600,000 square feet with a seven level subterranean parking garage. Mike has worked in and operated high-rise office buildings for over 25 yrs and has recently been directly involved with the design and development of the Puget Sound Energy headquarter facilities at the Summit PSE East building. This project was awarded a silver LEEDS certification.

Mike is an active BOMA member and holds an SMA degree. He enjoys coaching Little League baseball and spending time with his wife and 4 young children.
